About Me
It all started when my cousin and her husband came up from Atlanta in 1982 and they were going to run the Maggie Valley Moonlight race. They had forgotten their camera and asked me to buy one and photograph them in the race. Within 3 months I had fallen in love with photography so deep that I had my own darkroom. I processed all my black and white film . I later added a color processor for prints, so I have done it all from scratch. I had developed a true love for photography.

1990-1995 Achieved the status of Certified Professional Photographer by the Professional Photographers of America. There were only 27 of us in NC, 3 in SC, and 7 in Florida at the time that had achieved that status......only 1400 in the world.
During the 1990's I was also an active member of many professional organizations...the PPNC, SEPPA, PP of A, and attended many instructional seminars.
Was in WHO'S Who in America during the early 90's under Professional Photographers in America.
I have photographed for business's and people alike. My wedding's have taken place in private back yards to the Biltmore Forest Country Club (three in a row at that location one year) to the famous Biltmore House Estate. I have shot for Ford Motor Company (Detroit) twice lately, and the cover photo for the famous Mayo Clinic magazine.
Hobby.....Those that know me, know I am always working on my 1951 Ford when not doing photography , or at car shows.
